If you want Sassy Clips to inform for any backorder item(s), please note your request on your order, otherwise Sassy Clips will ship what we have available and all backorder item(s) will be cancel unless you specify. You will need to pay for 2nd freight charges for all backorder item(s).
If you wish to cancel your order, contact 1-800-246-7570 ASAP. Otherwise charges may occur. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned, but along with a 10% restocking fee and both the initial and return shipping charge applied.

Sales Tax: The state sales tax will add to your order. Order placed on our web site will have the sales tax added when invoiced.

Instruction for Return and Exchanges:
Step 1: Contact our customer service department at 1-800-246-7570. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific time.
Step 2: Our representative will issue a return authorization (RMA) number to you.
Step 3: Just repack in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and follow these simple steps. Include RMA number outside of return package and return to address below:
